Classes

Our classes have been designed as part of a master curriculum, with a logical progression of educational concepts as one proceeds through the Brick It Up system. We have split the classes into three tiers, as listed below, but also have placed the classes into a numerical system similar to college courses - the White Belt classes are in the 000-099 range, the Black Belt classes are in the 100-499 range, and the Ninja level classes are level 500 and above.  These educational offerings were designed in conjunction with licensed K-8 teachers as well as college professors.

Some of the Black Belt and Ninja level classes may have prerequisites due to knowledge requirements - these are in place to ensure that the student will get the most out of each Brick It Up experience.

Brick It Up also has a degree system by which the children can earn Brick It Up degrees, based upon their level of involvement.  We offer associates' degrees, Bachelors' degrees, Masters' degrees, and the one and only Brick It Up ​Doctorate.

• White Belt: centered around DUPLO® blocks and simple concepts; generally for ages 2-5
• Black Belt: from beginning to experienced LEGO® builders; generally for ages 5-9
• Ninja Level: for students who are beginning to blossom past the limitations of regular LEGO® blocks; for students who are familiar with electronic technology, including tablets and computer programming; generally for ages 8 and up
